Great news! Thank you for arranging this for us and I am guessing that, same as previously, we will get the return schedule towards the end December. Not a question just a ‘hope’.
THANK YOU and greatly appreciated
Dear Clare,
currently we are working with concerned authority in order to have the opposite direction shuttle service from both terminals to KAUST, once it approved and finalized we will announce it here.

Saif AlKatheri
Hi thank you – just want to confirm that we don’t have to book just turn up right?
I second that
Dear Em,
No, there is no need to book just turn up at least 15 minutes prior to the stated departure time.

Is there any possibility to continue with the bus service to the airport the week after these days?
Greetings
Dear Antonio,
Sorry, this is not an option according to the demand, if you wish to have a taxi kindly send an email to Transport@kaust.edu.sa and we will do our best to accommodate.

Dear Community Services,
I am a little confused regarding the bus timings. In particular, the way in which the midnight buses are listed suggest that they are at END the of the day, rather than the START.
As such, is it right to infer that the midnight bus on the 17th is actually the one at the END of the day, in between the 17th and 18th? Or is it the one at the START of the day, between in the 16th and 17th?
Hope you can clarify.
Thanks,
Karan
Dear Karan
The listing has been put together to show that the midnight bus comes at the end of the stated date/morning of following date i.e. midnight Thursday 17 leading into Friday 18 morning and so on.
I hope this helps.
Regards
Thanks for the arrangement.
Is there any possibility to open the additional bus service on the midnight of 16 December ? between 16 and 17…
Dear Hyik,
sorry we cannot arrange on the mentioned date.
Regards,
Saif AlKatheri
Is it possible to have these airport buses after December 19? I know there’s still a lot of people going out of Kingdom from December 20-25. This will be a great help especially now that most of the taxi provider are fully booked 🙂
Thanks!
Dear Maria,
Sorry, this is not an option according to the demand, if you wish to have a taxi kindly send an email to Transport@kaust.edu.sa and we will do our best to accommodate.

Thank you everyone.
Do we need to reserve ahead a slot in the bus or just show up there at time?
Dear Amal,
No need to reserve just turn up at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

Thanks a lot for this airport bus service.
My concern is that where the bus is leaving from KAUST. Is it the normal place in front of Tamimi? I just want to confirm in case it isn’t. Thanks!
Will the buses leave from Tamimi car parking lot (like most Jeddah Bound buses)?
Dear Meixia
You are correct, all buses will depart from the KAUST bus station in front of the large Tamimi.
Kindest regards
