Casting Call for Short Films

We’re looking for KAUST community members to act in a short film project. No previous acting experience required – just enthusiasm and reliability!

Filming location: On campus and off campus
Filming dates: 9-14 February

All roles are non-verbal

Roles

1. Hiker (male or female)

• Age: 20–40
• Active, outdoorsy look
• Comfortable walking on trails / rocky areas for several takes

2. KAUST Master’s / PhD Student (male or female)

• Age: 22–35
• Ideally a real KAUST student or someone who can convincingly play one

3. Medical doctor (male or female)

• Age: 28–50
• Professional appearance (medical background is a plus but not required)

4. Patient (male or female)

• Age: 20–45
• Able to portray mild discomfort or concern in a medical scene

How to audition

If you are shortlisted, we’ll invite you to a brief in-person audition (around 5 minutes).
