Facilities & Community Support Services, in partnership with IT, are pleased to introduce the Business Transport Request System. From today, all KAUST authorized Business Managers, Time Management Administrators (TMAs), Administrative Assistants and Secretaries will have access to the new system to perform business transport requests on behalf of their organizations. Accessible via the KAUST Portal the new online system will allow all transportation related bookings to be arranged and managed electronically.
Subject to system and user reliability testing; from December 1, 2014, the Transportation Office anticipates all bookings will be submitted online, no paper based requests will be accepted after this date. System training materials are available here.

I have been using/testing the system for a few weeks now. It has been great not having to fill out a paper form. Another step forward towards paperless offices. Well done.
