Your Employee Assistance Program

As faculty, staff or postdoc, you and your family can contact the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for information, resources and guidance to assist you in achieving work/life balance, maintaining healthy relationships, adjusting to living abroad, managing finances, reducing stress, long-distance caregiving, consumer advice and much, much more.

This month’s feature is mindfulness and includes some interesting mindfulness techniques such as one-minute exercises, mindful eating, mindful walking and stress-reducing breathing exercises. Read more on the EAP website.

Your EAP provides support with information searches and you can also connect with a counselor to discuss more personal issues via telephone, SKYPE or face-to-face.

Accessing your EAP is easy. You can benefit from free, confidential support by phone, email or web, and have the option to speak with someone in your own language.

Please take some time to log on to the EAP website. To learn more about EAP, the website also includes an orientation webinar.

The login password for the site is KAUST.
