WEP Science Fun Fair

The WEP (Winter Enrichment Program) Science Fun Fair is back! Last year, over 20 experiments were presented and over 300 people attended (including high school students from outside of KAUST), and there was even a nano-satellite launch. Expect even more excitement this time around!

In preparation for this year’s program, the WEP Team invites you to send proposals to participate in the WEP 2013 Science Fun Fair which will be held on January 27, 2013. Be among the first to sign up by October 20 and get the chance to participate in a workshop with Tom Pringle (a.k.a Dr. Bunhead) on October 22.

All members of the KAUST community are welcome as presenters.
Proposal submission closes on Wednesday, November 7 at 5:00 p.m. You must be on campus and an active member of the community on the date of the fair to be eligible to participate. (Interested KAUST School students will be selected via an internal school-wide competition and graduate students will receive WEP credits for participating in the fair.)

Please note that if you have more than one experiment, you need to fill out one form per experiment. If you have a diagram, supporting materials, or pictures, please send them to alaa.ragab@kaust.edu.sa with the subject line: “WEP 2013 SFF”.
