If you are attending the International Golf at this week, make sure you don’t miss the KAUST interactive booth in the Fan zone and get the chance to win free golf lessons at KAUST’s Safaa Golf Club.
How to win the free golf lessons from the KAUST booth:
- Tell one of the booth volunteers that you’re from KAUST before taking part.
- You must putt two holes on the first go from the centre of the putting green.
- Five vouchers are available for one free lesson (30 minutes); limited to one per person and first come, first served basis.
The KAUST booth showcases a selection of KAUST’s research and innovation projects, our national programs and alignment with the UN SDGs, and includes a fun golf pitch and putt.
As a special approach to integrate science and golf, professor Matteo Parsani , from the ECRC, have investigated the science behind golf using our supercomputer Shaheen.
