Join us for an informal meeting with a Senior SPE Member. Our guest is Cesar Patino joining us from Colombia. He is currently serving as the IEA EOR TCP Chairman but previously served as the SPE Latin America & Caribbean Regional Director. Ceasar has worked for ECOPETROL for more than ten years, one of the largest Oil Companies in Latin America. His research interest is Enhanced Oil Recovery and New Energies.
