The Winter Enrichment Program (WEP) Committee and the VP for Education, Professor James Calvin, invite you to attend the unveiling of the program of the 5th Annual WEP.

1:30 – 3:00 p.m. Unveiling of WEP
Attendance is mandatory for all students. However, postdocs, faculty, and staff are also invited to attend.
WEP commences on January 12, 2014 and promises to be an invigorating three weeks of compelling educational, cultural, and recreational events.

Registration will take place on wep.acadox.com
The schedule will be unveiled on November 19, 2013
After the unveiling, students can register for events immediately.
The rest of the community will be able to register from December 1, 2013
