Government Affairs would like to inform those who are planning to perform Umrah, that Saudi Authorities are limiting the entry of people to Makkah—with the exception of Makkah residents—from June 27 through August 18, to allow pilgrims with hajj permits to perform their rituals comfortably.
If you do not have a hajj permit, please do not travel to Makkah for Umrah until August 18, 2019, as the Authorities will seize your vehicle until the hajj season ends.
You will be able to perform Umrah after August 18, 2019.
