We are pleased to inform you that Community Life is testing a new app-based mobility service which aims to enhance the experience for community members who use on-campus buses.
The new service will have several advantages:
- Flexible and on-demand – The bus comes when you need it and takes you where you want to go
- Save your time – The average trip duration is shorter than with the existing service
- Eco-friendly – The new service emits and consumes less than the existing service
Try out the on-demand bus
The first test phase has been completed and we’ve received very positive feedback from the community.
If you would also like to test this service, the second test phase will run from December 24 to January 11 between 6:30 A.M. and 1:00 A.M. in addition to and parallel with your regular daily bus schedule at KAUST. The on-demand bus will take you anywhere you want to go on campus and in residential areas of KAUST.
