Effective from Sunday, September 4, single-lane traffic restrictions will be introduced on Unity Blvd (near the junction with Bayt Al-Hikma Blvd) to facilitate essential construction work. The construction work is expected to continue until the end of October 2016.
The construction work will be divided into two phases as follows:
Phase 1: Eastbound half of the road
(Traffic will be diverted to a single lane on the westbound half of the road).
Phase 2: Westbound half of the road
(Traffic will be diverted to a single lane on the eastbound half of the road).
Please exercise due caution when driving in this area, particularly when driving at night.
