Townhouses: residential maintenance

Starting in June 2018, Residential Maintenance will start to improve the campus townhouses with air conditioning drain enhancement, which will help eliminate water dripping, reduce indoor humidity and improve the units’ efficiency.

The maintenance team will contact residents to schedule an appointment. The visit will take approximately six hours and require access to the AC units and thermostats.
