Thuwal and Qadimah Back to School Campaign update

As we approach the midway point in the Thuwal & Qadimah Back to School Campaign, we are pleased to report that thanks to the KAUST community, we have generated enough support to provide school supplies to more than 400 children.

While this is a great accomplishment, we are still about half way through our goal of serving 700 children in Thuwal and Qadimah to ensure that they are well-prepared for the start of the school year.

With around three weeks left to go, find out how you can continue to support this important cause.

There is still time – Get Involved!

When: August 14 to September 18

How:

Organized by Social Responsibility, the Back to School campaign is part of our Young Learners Development Program (YLDP) and represents one of the many ways in which KAUST is giving back to our neighbors. The YLDP aims to improve learning environments and educational outcomes for students at the middle and high school levels by working with our local community partners to ensure needs are being met for maximum impact in the classroom and beyond.
