The Imaging and Characterization Core Lab (IAC), Optical Microscopy Unit, is delighted to organise this course in collaboration with the KAUST Visualization Core, Zeiss, Leica, Oxford Instruments, and Attieh Medico. The course will cover the basics of the use of artificial intelligence for the analysis of microscopy data, as well as the use of Avizo, AIVIA, Arivis Pro, and Imaris for AI-powered 2D and 3D segmentation, classification, quantification, colocalization, and tracking. It will also address the training of machine learning models in the aforementioned software packages.
The course is open to KAUST PhD students and postdocs. To secure your spot, please register for the course before August 30.
