Smart Air Control Green Project

As a part of sustainability initiatives, Facilities Management will start the implementation of a Green Project called “Smart Air Control” to improve the air quality and reduce energy consumption in houses.

The Smart Air Control project includes the installation of toilet fan timer switches and air balancing system and will be carried out starting in February 2018 until the end of June 2018.

A representative of the Residential Maintenance Team will plan with you an appointment by email or by phone. The visit lasts for about one hour, during which you will need to grant access to toilets and the external mechanical room of your house.
