In this course, you will be introduced to the basics you need to get started using Microsoft SharePoint 2013 for business collaboration and real-time documentation sharing.
The course teaches SharePoint site owners and members how to create, edit, and save documents; create and use team sites; navigate permissions; maximize workflows; and fully integrate SharePoint and Office 2013.

I have used online training and now one on one training with a Microsoft Specialist. I have to say nothing beats having the person to teach you rather than the online version. We should think about bringing in a trainer for this very useful platform as it is a wonderful tool for our University and should be used to its full potential.
