Science as Art competition

Date: Tuesday, August 23, 2016
Time: 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.

Images are the primary means of presenting scientific data to an audience in an easily identifiable and meaningful manner.

The Science as Art competition is designed to promote the importance of these images in practical research. The KAUST research community is encouraged to participate in this event by submitting images taken within KAUST that represent research work in an interesting artistic fashion.

The images will be evaluated by KAUST faculty and the best ones will be awarded prizes from the Materials Research Society (MRS)-KAUST student chapter.

Organized by the Materials Research Society.

Sponsored by Graduate Affairs.
