The Policy Institute at KAUST, in collaboration with the KAPSARC School of Public Policy and KAUST Government Affairs, invites you to a special session: Saudi Government Structure and Decision Making Processes
As KAUST strengthens its contribution to the Kingdom’s research, development, and innovation priorities, understanding Saudi Arabia’s governance and public policy landscape is increasingly important for connecting research and scientific expertise with national priorities and decision-making.
The session will feature Professor Shehab Alnasser of the KAPSARC School of Public Policy, who will provide an overview of the evolution of Saudi Arabia’s governance system, how government institutions and policymaking processes operate today, and the major policy and reform priorities shaping the Kingdom’s future.
Mr. Mohammad Mallawi, KAUST Vice President for Government Affairs and Security, will complement the discussion with a KAUST perspective on engaging with the Saudi Government and navigating the broader policy environment.
The session will conclude with an interactive Q&A and discussion.
