SABIC Sponsors Outstanding Postdoctoral Fellows

University Development and the Office of Research Services are pleased to announce the granting of the second SABIC Postdoctoral Fellowship Awards to 13 outstanding postdoctoral fellows selected from across the University. The fellows will receive funding support from SABIC for one year of their research at KAUST. The SABIC Postdoctoral Fellowships will be awarded annually for five years, as part of a broad sponsorship agreement between SABIC and KAUST.

The fellowship recipients are all involved in areas of long-term research relevant to SABIC and the Kingdom such as new and renewable energies, water research, advanced materials, catalysis, scientific computational services, materials engineering, and nanotechnologies. Candidates were nominated by their supervisors and the winners were selected by a committee consisting of University Development, VP of Research, and SABIC.
