The application forms for the new recreation sport development programs & after school programs are now available online, please click here. Hard copy application forms are also available from any of the recreation clubs.
If you wish to enroll your child(ren) for any of the programs, please complete the appropriate application form(s). Each application form comes with a complete listing of all rules and regulations pertaining to the relevant program.
Program enrollment is offered on a first come; first served basis, and there are limited spaces available. Please note in order to ensure all residents have the same opportunity to sign up for the programs, the registration window will open on Tuesday, March 31 at 6:00 a.m. Applications will only be accepted after registration officially opens.
All fully completed applications must be submitted in hard copy format to the Harbor Sports Club reception desk (applications will not be accepted via email or telephone).
