Campus and Community (C&C) is pleased to share great news for the community, Alkhozama Hotel & Residences has now introduced new reduced room rates for KAUST Students, Alumni and Business Guests. These changes reflect C&C’s ongoing commitment to providing accessible accommodation while maintaining the comfort and hospitality we all value.
New nightly rates (Excl. VAT)
Please see the new standard room rates below for single or double occupancy:
- Students’ Visitors and Alumni: 450 SAR (Previously 650 SAR)
- Business Guests: 650 SAR (Previously 830 SAR)
Free breakfast during Commencement Week
All Guests staying during Commencement Week will receive complimentary breakfast as part of their stay. Outside Commencement Week, breakfast remains available at 95 SAR (Excl. VAT) per person.
Terms and Conditions
Please review the requirements to ensure your booking is processed smoothly:
For student bookings:
- A valid student ID must be submitted by email at the time of reservation.
- The original student ID must be presented at check-in to qualify for the KAUST Student Rate.
KAUST Email requirement:
- All bookings must be received from an official KAUST email address.
- Include Pocket ID or Cost Center to process Student bookings, KAUST Individual Business reservations, or Special KAUST Group bookings.
