Professional Soccer Academy Arrives At KAUST

Community Services is pleased to announce the launch of the professional children’s soccer academy on Monday, September 22.

The soccer academy, supported by KAUST Recreation & Marine Services Department, has recruited the services of professional soccer coaches to conduct the 10-week academy program.

Each 10-week program will consist of two 1-hour sessions per week, and will be divided into the following age categories, days and times:

4–6 years – Mondays & Wednesdays, 4:00-5:00 p.m.
7–8 years – Mondays & Wednesdays, 4:00-5:00 p.m.
9–12 years – Mondays & Wednesdays, 5:30–6:30 p.m.
13+ years – Mondays & Wednesdays, 7:00-8:00 p.m.

The cost of the 10-week academy will be SAR 500 per child.

Official sign-up for the academy, and ‘Meet The Professionals,’ will take place at the Island Recreation Club on September 15, 16 and 17, from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. daily. Due to the expected high demand, places will be offered on a first come, first serve basis.
