Prof. Bredas elected to the European Academy of Sciences

Dr. Jean-Luc Bredas, Distinguished Professor and Director of KAUST’s Solar and Photovoltaic Engineering Research Center (SPERC), has been elected a member of the European Academy of Sciences.

This distinction recognizes Prof. Bredas’ status as one of the world’s most preeminent scientists in the field of organic semiconductors and solar cells.

Based in Liège, Belgium, the European Academy of Sciences (EURASC) is a fully independent international association of distinguished scholars that aims to recognize and elect to its membership the best European scientists.
