Pets in our Community — Updated Guidelines

The Guidelines for the Ownership of Pets in the Community have recently been revised and can be found here. These guidelines require that all pet owners register their pets on an annual basis (excluding fish) according to a newly launched process.

Registration process

All pets registered under the previous process must be re-registered according to the new procedure. Please review the revised Pet Registration process.

From September 9, until October 5, 2018, the medical check and micro-chipping part of the registration for cats and dogs will be free. The annual registration fee of SAR150 will also be waived during this period.  The vet will be available from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., from Sunday to Thursday at the Vet Clinic. To make an appointment online, please visit Pets in Our Community (walk-in subject to availability).

We would like to take this opportunity to welcome our new veterinary services provider, International Animal Care.

All slots until Wed 17 October were booked up so I have booked our 2 cats for the microchip implant on Wed 17 Oct.

Would it be possible for you to extend the period when this service is FREE for a few extra weeks please?

Many thanks and best regards,

Chris Newns
