Out of Kingdom visitors during hajj Season

Nearly three million pilgrims travel to Makkah for hajj every year. As a result, the Saudi Aviation Authority applies restrictions to guests (Muslims and non-Muslims) holding a visit or seasonal work visa during the hajj season from 10 Thu Alqedah 1440H (July 13, 2019) to 10 Thu Alhijja 1440H (August 11, 2019).

KAUST Government Affairs has been working with the Saudi Aviation Authority to grant a special exemption for KAUST visitors to fly into King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah.

In order to facilitate smooth passage overseas check in, as well as immigration in Jeddah, please submit this form to Government Affairs before Thursday, July 4. This will ensure sufficient time for the information to be passed on to the relevant government officials.
