Online Facilities & Community Helpdesk

The Facilities & Community (F&C) department, in partnership with the IT department, is pleased to announce the launch of the new online F&C Helpdesk to complement the current 959 telephone system.

KAUST Portal users will be able to initiate and track tickets with F&C at any time via the KAUST Portal.
