Please note that the reservation system provides the confirmation/rejection only 1 hour before the leave time. I think it is very inconvenient. The system should be able to notify the customer as soon as the request is put. By this way, if there is no availability, the customer can search for alternative options to go to Mecca/ Madina. Could you please fix it?
