KAUST Health is pleased to announce a new tool for receiving patient feedback
KAUST Health aims to promote the health and wellness of the KAUST community by providing high-quality healthcare services. Your feedback is critical in assisting us to continually improve and shape our services to meet the needs of our community.
KAUST Health has collaborated with Health-Links, the leading provider of patient experience measurement, and developed a system to receive continuous real-time feedback from our service users. This new system will be used alongside our periodic community-wide surveys in assessing the quality of service provided.
How will it work?
Following your health care appointment, you will receive an SMS message inviting you to provide feedback about the service you received. This can be completed on your mobile phone, other handheld device or computer. You will be asked to rate various aspects of your experience. In this way, we can review each part of the patient journey. All responses will be anonymous.
