The meningitis (meningococcal) vaccine is now available at KMC (KAUST Medical Clinic). This vaccine is intended for community members planning to perform Hajj in 2012. To receive the vaccine, please schedule an appointment by calling 808 4111 or 900 (option 4).
Those who require documentation of their blood type on the certificate should bring any official / legal document indicating their blood group. If this is not available, the clinic can organize a blood type test on a cash basis.
Please bring the following with you to your appointment:
- Current vaccination card
- KAUST ID
After being vaccinated you will receive a certificate; the vaccine is valid for 3 years.
