Enjoy the special designed prenatal exercise class during any stage of your pregnancy. Have fun, meet other expectant mothers, stay fit and be ready for the next life changing moment: your baby!

Postnatal Mama Workout
Come and join the postnatal/pelvic floor exercise classes. This gentle exercise class is specially designed for postnatal women to help them recover from pregnancy and bring you back to normal shape. Your baby is welcome and a nanny service is available on Tuesdays for older children. Get some free & me time!

Sundays at 6:00 p.m. and Tuesdays at 8:30 a.m.
