As part of preparations for the Hajj season 1447 AH, please note that Makkah bus services from KAUST are now cancelled until further notice.
This change comes in line with regulations issued by the Ministry of Interior to ensure the safety, security, and smooth movement of pilgrims during Hajj.

Trips suspended
All Makkah bus trips will be suspended during the Hajj period from April 13 until further notice.
Permit required
Please note that a permit is required to enter Makkah during the Hajj season. Permits can be requested through the Absher platform.
Note that, KAUST bus services are not authorized to enter Makkah during the Hajj season, and transportation to Makkah will remain unavailable throughout this period.
