Last Week to Complete your Government E-Services Registration

This is the last week to activate your registration to the Ministry of Interior (MOI) E-services.
To complete your registration and activate the pre-set username, you must visit GASC (Government Affairs Service Center) located on level 2 in the Administration Building, where a fingerprint device is available during working hours until the end of business hours on June 20. Only the KAUST employee/primary family sponsor needs to be fingerprinted.

This service is provided to both Saudi and non-Saudi Iqama holders. Please click here for a list of services included. We urge you to complete the registration during this specified period.

This service enables individuals (after logging onto the MOI website) to inquire about their dependents’ information registered with the MOI, review information about dependents and sponsored individuals, as well as perform services electronically.

I went to register last week and was told that the fingerprint machine is gone until the 20th…This doesn’t make much sense since I thought that was the last day. I was advised it was moved to the Security Building and I should go there…I declined.

Same situation for others also. They told that ID office in CSOB will do the job which is the very far from Campus. No email has been given about the changes…

Same thing here. I waited for half an hour at GASC office and then I was told to go the security building (which security building?). I don’t understand this as we have been continuously instructed to go to the GASC office in all the emails and blog posts!

I have been notified that the finger-printing machine is now back at GASC (in the Administration Building) and will remain there until the end of this week.
