KMC Medical Appointment System

KAUST Medical Services is pleased to announce the following enhancements to the Medical Appointment System:

Appointments at both KMC (KAUST Medical Clinic) and IMC (International Medical Clinic in Jeddah) can be made by calling either 808 4115 or 650 9008 from Saturday to Thursday between 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. and Friday between 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. For further assistance please email kaustservices2@imc.med.sa.

KMC general inquiries can be made by calling 808 4111 from Saturday to Wednesday between 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. or via email at kaust@imc.med.sa.

The BUPA Helpdesk can be contacted at 800 244 0307 or via email at customer.care@bupa.com.sa. BUPA also offers a useful SMS service which allows you to receive information via text message regarding your preauthorizations, reimbursements, membership requests, and approvals. To use this service, simply send an SMS with only your membership number to 0550 222 700.
