During the Eid Al-Adha holiday, KAUST Medical Clinic (KMC) outpatient services will be closed from Tuesday, October 15 to Saturday, October 19. Regular hours will resume on Sunday, October 20, 2013.
The emergency room will continue operating 24/7.

Am I the only one has problem to creat an account?
What kind of problem do you have, mine went smoothly without problems
Based on the guideline, I have created a username. However, the system keep showing me that Username must contain characters (a-z,A-z,0-9,_) and length at least 6 characters, and does not allow me to move next step. Do you have any idea?
This looks simple problem, you just need to choose a user name based on these two criteria. Characters from a to z and/or 0-9 with length at least 6 characters. Probably it does not move forward to the next step because the Medical file number or the ID type. This is my guess!
