KCC 100th Publication Event

The KAUST Catalysis Center (KCC) invites all community members to celebrate the KCC 100th publication and attend the KCC’s first Research Poster Competition.

  • Opening of the display by Center Director, Prof. Jean-Marie Basset
  • Short lecture by the main author of the 100th publication, Professor Kazuhiro Takanabe: ‘Photocatalytic water splitting – a modern aspect of the hydrogen economy’

Awards will be presented by Professor Jean Frechet

This event is an opportunity to recognize the research accomplishments by all KCC students, post-docs, engineers, and researchers since the KCC’s inauguration in December 2010.

Poster presentations will highlight important developments in the field of catalysis including energy, environment, high value chemicals, polymer, and nanocatalysis. The event will provide valuable insight into the current status of KCC research and encourage further collaborations with the Center.
