We are extremely proud to announce that the Government Affairs (GA) department is now ISO 9001:2015 Certified.
Achieving international standards such as ISO 9001 creates the basis needed for GA to continually improve our processes and establish an effective quality management system that creates satisfied customers, management and employees.
Obtaining an International Quality Standard in Government Affairs at KAUST contributes to its strategy in terms of reputation and branding. This in addition to its contribution to Saudi Arabia’s National Transformation Program, which aims to achieve governmental operational excellence.
This cannot happen without implementing international quality standards. Since GA represent the government at KAUST, it is our responsibility to participate and focus on KAUST’s strategies.
