KAUST University Library introduces ePoster Service

The KAUST University Library, with the support of the IT department, has launched its electronic poster (ePoster) service. KAUST conference organizers have access to:

  • state-of-the-art digital technology for the submission, update, display and preservation of scientific posters.
  • an online submission platform (ePosterslive)
  • BenQ 65 inch 4K touchscreens with full-zoom and multimedia functionality to present their posters
  • the preservation of their poster’s final version in the KAUST research repository

An environmentally sound poster solution as ePosters eliminates traditional printed posters. The University Library is an early adopter of campus-wide eposter technology supporting digital campus concept.

If you are planning for a poster session at KAUST, please contact library.eposters@kaust.edu.sa as early as possible in order to reserve the required number of screens, receive advices tailored to your event and initiate the workflow.

Visit the KAUST University Library ePoster Service website for more details.
