The Clean Combustion Research Center (CCRC) is pleased to announce the 2019 KAUST Research Conference: Future of Fuel taking place from March 4 to 6, 2019.
The conference will be organized around three topical areas:
1. Positioning Future Fuels
Talks and discussions on fuel production and utilization. Speakers will talk about economic, societal and environmental challenges facing fuel combustion in the next decades. This will provide a key overview of how fuel research should be positioned in the future.
2. Industrial Perspectives on Future Fuels
Talks and discussions from industrial members in the oil/gas, transportation and power generation sectors. The industry participants will share their views on major challenges and opportunities in the field of fuel combustion research.
3. Academic Challenges in Future Fuels
Leading academic researchers will discuss how fundamental and applied research on fuels and combustion kinetics can help advance the needs of industry and society. The talks will also engage closely with student participants to inspire them to pursue careers in the field of fuel combustion.

Poster Competition
The Clean Combustion Research Center invites the KAUST community to take part in the Poster Competition which will be held on Tuesday, March 5, 2019.
To make a submission, please send the title of your poster and a list of authors to ccrc@kaust.edu.sa. The best three posters will be awarded exciting prizes!
