Polymeric materials play an essential role in all aspects of our everyday lives. The production, processing, and applications of polymers contribute to a significant part of today’s petrochemical industry. Polymers are one of the most important strategic research areas at KAUST and in Saudi Arabia.

“KAUST Polymer Conference: From Synthesis to properties to applications” will be an international conference from November 9-13 featuring sixteen international scientists among the best in the field. It will cover cutting-edge topics in contemporary polymer science and technology.

A highlight of the conference will be a poster session bringing together nearly 30 graduate students and postdoctoral fellows from around the world for a poster presentation session reception at the University Library on Tuesday, November 12, at 4:30 p.m.
