As part of KAUST Health’s ongoing commitment to improve the overall patient experience, we are making a few improvements to our clinic, both inside and outside.
For the next few weeks, we appreciate your patience as we add more sun shades to our parking area. During this period, we ask that when you visit KAUST Health, you park in the shaded parking area (on the side of the fire station) or use the fire station parking area.
Also, significant improvements will happen over the next year to the inside of our clinic. We will improve the design and layout of the current space, improve the look and feel of the clinic and much more. We appreciate your patience as contractors work around us to deliver an improved clinic.

Need to improve time consuming in ER doctor should approach patients quick regardless of emergency of priorities and also need to improve of getting appointments, when we call for same day appointment they will say all appointments are full or they will say to go to ER. This is not far enough. These are few suggestions
Which you all should reconsider to get it well organised.
