KAUST Health has recently seen an increase in patients who do not attend or attend late to their scheduled appointments. If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, please cancel as soon as possible. This allows other patients the opportunity to use the appointment slot.
To help ensure the best possible service, we ask all our patients to remember their appointment date/time and arrive on time. Appointment details can be checked online via kh.kaust.edu.sa. A deduction of SR 100 will be charged directly through KAUST payroll if you have missed your appointment time or if you arrive late.
There are four ways to cancel your appointment:
- Online: via the Patient Portal
- By email: khcancel@fakeeh.care
- By phone: call 940 or 012 808 0940 (Available 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Sunday to Thursday)
- In-person with any receptionist in the clinic
