Office of Student Life and the Student Programming Board (SPB) is excited to collaborate with Community Life for the upcoming Start of Semester Beach Party!
The SPB will take this opportunity to introduce themselves to graduate students and explain what they do.
Event details:
- Date: Friday, January 27, 2023
- Time: 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Location: South Beach
- Food: BBQ meals will be available for purchase until sunset for KAUST community members. Graduate students will be given a wristband to get their meals.
- Getting there: by car or on-demand bus. Shuttle buses are also available from the Student Center (Building 18) every 30 mins.
- South Beach will only be accessed by KAUST community over 18 years old starting from 4:00 p.m. on Friday, January 27. Anyone under 18 years will not be admitted to the venue and this event.
What to bring?
- Beach towels (there will be some fun water activities, and you may get splashed, bring your towel to keep yourself dry).
- Sweater and/or scarf
- Water bottle
- Slippers
- Your fun spirit!
