Neighborhoods at KAUST offer a variety of living environments, each with their own distinctive features and landmarks, proximity to parks, popular playgrounds, or community hubs of activity. The Palms is our newest neighborhood and will soon be open for occupancy.
The neighborhood is situated beside King Abdullah Boulevard, the main access road into KAUST. It is enclosed by King Abdullah boulevard, Bayt Al Hikma boulevard and Prosperity road, and has its own distinct character, offering 300 units of 3 and 4-bedroom townhouses.
The neighborhood includes a signal-controlled pedestrian crossing to existing neighborhoods and provides a pedestrian-oriented, vibrant, and diverse street environment with a range of attractive open spaces. We invite community members to visit the neighborhood and explore the open spaces and covered playground facilities.
