On Friday, June 12 from 7:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. the Project Management team will temporarily shut down fire water supplies as part of the fire safety program.
The following buildings will be closed to all but essential personnel:
- University Library (building 12)
- Campus Diner (building 13)
- Campus Mosque (building 15)
- Administration Building (building 16)
- Campus Support Services Building (building 17)
- Museum and Conference Center (building 19)
- Auditorium (building 20)
- North Garage
In the interest of safety and to comply with KAUST Fire Department directives:
- No persons beyond those involved in the project, emergency, security and safety personnel will be permitted in any of the above listed buildings/areas during the work phase.
- The Campus Diner (building 13) will be closed from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
- Only the buildings listed above will be affected – all other campus buildings will remain open as usual.
