Government Affairs would like to remind all members of the KAUST community to ensure that their exit/re-entry visas, iqamas and passport details are valid and correct before any travel.
If you have a new or an updated validity date for your passport, please make sure it is updated in the government system.
To ensure all your personal information is correct, please visit the Government Affairs center located on the Discovery Walk (at Al-Jazri [bldg. 4]) during regular business hours.
For exit re-entry visas, you can check your visa validity on https://www.eserve.com.sa/VVSWeb/.
Government Affairs also offers assistance 24/7 for off-campus emergencies. Be sure to save the on-call number 054 470 1111 to your mobile contacts in case you have an emergency off-campus that requires the assistance of Government Affairs.
