iCampus Wireless Upgrade

The IT Department, Engineering and Project Management and Campus Support are pleased to announce  the complete implementation of the wireless upgrade program to provide KAUST faculty, staff, students and guests with a best-in-class wireless connection that is 20 times faster than the previous systems.

The iCampus coverage now covers the indoor spaces of 20 main campus buildings, CMOR and the KAUST Innovation Cluster.

To access this faster service through your devices, select the iCampus Wi-Fi name and press connect.

• Windows users will find the wireless symbol on the bottom right corner in the taskbar (symbol looks like a bar graph)

• Mac users will find the wireless symbol on the top right of their home screen.

Once you have entered your credentials, individual systems will automatically switch to the best available network on campus (eduroam and Guest networks will not be affected). Should you have any issues, please refer to this link.

We are working to provide the outdoor areas of the campus with access to the new wireless technology in the coming months.
