HR On-boarding – Design Thinking Workshop

Do you remember the day you received a job offer from KAUST and the journey that followed?

KAUST Smart, in collaboration with HR and other departments, are looking to redesign the employee on-boarding experience at KAUST.

We will take a human-centered approach leveraging digital technologies to find a good way to assist and support new employees and their families to adapt and to become integrated members at work and in the KAUST community. 

Ultimately, we aim to improve the pace of employee engagement, the overall impression and the culture of KAUST.

We are excited to announce that we are hosting a Design Thinking Workshop, where we will generate ideas and create concepts to enhance the Employee On-boarding Experience.

Please register for this event if you would like to contribute to the design of this enhanced experience, as seating is limited. 

Note: Breakfast will be served at 8:00 a.m. and a lunch will be served to participants at 12:00 p.m.
