We invite you to join an interactive online session where you can share your insights and help shape a more intuitive and user-friendly portal.

What to expect during the session?
During this interactive session, you will:
- Share usability challenges you have experienced when using the Portal
- Provide feedback based on your current experience
- Explore how services are organized and suggest ways to make them easier to find
- Take part in practical, hands-on activities
We are looking for participants from diverse backgrounds, roles, and levels of experience to ensure the redesigned Portal reflects the needs of the wider KAUST community.
