Hajj Campaign and registration 2017

The Department of Government Affairs would like to inform you that the Ministry of Hajj has informed us that they will open Hajj registration on July 24. Applicants may register and submit their payment on the Ministry portal here.

Government Affairs recommends three options as per the below. Based on the number of applications from KAUST, buses will come pick up pilgrims at the University.

Option 1: Al-Khomasia
Option 2: Noor Heraa
Option 3: Siddique Group

Please ensure that you get your immunizations.

Before performing Hajj, you must be fully immunized as required by the Ministry of Health. Information and vaccinations are available at the KAUST Medical Clinic.

Please note: If you performed Hajj within the last five years, you will not be allowed
to do it again this year. Visitor visas are not allowed to perform Hajj. Children are not allowed to perform Hajj.

Government Affairs is coordinating this effort to ensure your comfort and convenience. The department is not liable for the performance of any of the companies listed above.

If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact ga.inkr@kaust.edu.sa or visit the Government Affairs department, Building 16, Room 2122.

We wish you a very pleasant and rewarding Hajj. May Allah accept all your good deeds.
