Government Affairs Saudi Dive License

Government Affairs is pleased to inform you that we have managed the issuance of the male and female Saudi dive license, which is a requirement by the Ministry of Agriculture. In order to ensure that all scuba divers in Saudi waters can experience the Red Sea, all men and women who have successfully completed a certified dive course are eligible to apply for the license, which will be valid for three years.

Please complete the Saudi Dive License form and bring it with the following documents to the Government Affairs Center.

You will need:

  • One copy of your diver certification card (front and back)
  • One copy of your iqama (front and back)
  • Two passport photos

Kindly confirm the procedure for non iqama holders

Procedure for non-iqama holders was identical, however instead of the copy of the Iqama, a copy of the visa was attached to the application.
